Hello OSGeo Incubation Committee,
I am Berk Ünsal, maintainer of A.T.O.M (Ankara Telecom Optimization Model),
and request guidance and project-author access for an initial OSGeo website
listing, not full incubation. I have confirmed my Incubator subscription.
This text-only request replaces my oversized attachment posting, which I
canceled to respect the list limit.

A.T.O.M is an independent open-source telecommunications planning and
geospatial simulation engine. Its original Go RF engines and R-tree spatial
index connect OpenStreetMap-derived building footprints and
OpenCellID-derived planning records to deterministic propagation, 2.5D path
analysis, optional terrain/building-height evidence, 4G/5G interference
estimates and bounded demand-aware antenna-azimuth optimization.
React/Leaflet provides the map workspace, Python supports geographic data
preparation, and Docker packages the runtime. Dataset Pack Studio prepares
validated local packs beyond Ankara, with GeoJSON/GeoTIFF/CSV workflows and
reproducible planning reports.
Measured real-world propagation accuracy is not yet established. Results
are planning estimates, not drive-test or UE measurements or deployment
approval. The experimental 140 GHz profile is research/reference only. The
MIT software license does not relicense upstream data: the dataset manifest
records OSM ODbL and flags OpenCellID redistribution terms for review.
The project welcomes bug reports, code, tests and documentation
contributions through its guide and public issues/PRs. Public media are
available here:

I have prepared the full listing copy, a 740x412 logo tile and a screenshot
in OSGeo's browser frame for the website form.
OSGeo User ID: pending creation. I sent a request to
mantra-request at osgeo.org today. Once the account exists I will provide its
actual ID and complete the first WordPress sign-in so project-author
privileges can be granted. Please review the initial-listing eligibility
and advise on the next access step. I understand a real WordPress draft/URL
must exist before publication review, and its initial affiliation/status
field will be None.
Community Project recognition can be considered later. I have identified
its additional license-application and collaboration review and Code of
Conduct requirements; the contribution guide's linked root
CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md currently returns 404, so I am not claiming that
requirement is complete. No OSGeo affiliation or recognition is claimed.
Thank you,
Berk Ünsal
