Congratulations to everyone involved in the local chapter! This is
great news. I also mentioned your local chapter forming during a
keynote at FOSS4G in Seoul recently.
By the way, the meeting minutes that you sent here should really be
placed onto the wiki, so new members can easily go through the history
and catch up.
