[OSGeo-Jobs] Testing and a request for proper topics?

Hi Bob, we are still a few (actually 8) subscribed

I would like to add other things to your list as university scholarships 
ecc ecc

first of all we need to add a description for this list.
then a Nabble subscription.

does anybody want to help?
