[OSGeo-Jobs] Testing and a request for proper topics?

Should short term contracts be included too? "I want someone to set up a 
database for me". "I want geographic web pages built".

I think those questions should be included. (Apologies if this question 
has already been answered. I haven't kept up with the original thread).
