[Landsat-pds] Sync Call

Unless anyone has any strong objections, I'd like to cancel today's call. I've got a number of internal things to work on so we can promote Landsat on AWS on the 19th.

I'll also work on getting Jeff's script added to the repo.

Re: getting old scenes, we're certainly open to the idea. I've got a terrible travel schedule for the next few weeks, but once we get past the 19th, we'll be in a better spot to figure out a good approach.

I've been scheduled into another meeting tomorrow during our regular sync call, so I am going to miss it.  I've pretty much described the work I've done so far in the last week or two on the mailing list, so not too much to add to that.   I'm kind of stalling on doing a complete reprocessing in order to be sure we happy with the current state and it won't be necessary again too soon.

I am interested in ingesting additional pre January 2015 images as suggested by Peter assuming Jed/Amazon approve us going a bit outside our previous acquisition strategy.  It is likely to take a while to get old scenes and I'll need to come up with a somewhat modified job to support that flow.

Jesse Andrews and I will be speaking a bit about our open data efforts, including use of Landsat data, and this project at FOSS4G next week.  We will hold off on blog posts, etc pending the cooperative effort aimed around the 19th.
