[Landsat-pds] Syncing AWS and USGS Collection 1 archives

Hi Scott, you’re correct that we currently have a mix of Pre-Collection and Collection 1 data in the bucket. Our goal is to have the entire Landsat mission and the latest collection in S3. Work is underway to that end but unfortunately depends on timelines that we don’t own so I don’t feel comfortable providing anything there. As an example, for path 047 row 027 there is Collection-1 data that goes back to 2013, but the Collection-1 data on AWS is just to 03/2017 (https://landsatonaws.com/L8/047/027/)

Scenes after 03/2017 match the Collection-1 scheme:
