[Lexicon] GDAL Documentation Glossary

Hi,

Just to let you know, the glossary pull request was accepted into GDAL [1], and can be seen in the docs at https://gdal.org/en/latest/glossary.html (credits at the bottom of the page). This will continue to grow over the next few months.
