I am pleased to announce the release of 1.2.0b3.

Issue addressed in this release since 1.2.0b2:

- http://liblas.org/ticket/109 las2txt doesn't output RGB
- http://liblas.org/ticket/110 LASSRS VLR methods for C API
- http://liblas.org/ticket/108 LASWriter::SetSRS and LASReader::SetSRS  
for in-stream projection when GDAL is enabled
- http://liblas.org/ticket/105 _SetSRS methods for Reader and Writer  
in C API
- http://liblas.org/ticket/106 scale/descale convenience methods for  
liblas.point in the Python bindings
- http://liblas.org/ticket/112 VALIDATE_POINTER0 and VALIDATE_POINTER1  
in the C API renamed to not clash with GDAL
- http://liblas.org/ticket/107 liblas.srs.GetVLR method for Python  
bindings
- http://liblas.org/ticket/111 Allow multiple readers to operate on a  
file in the C API
- http://liblas.org/ticket/85 Reset operation in LASReader C++ API

API Change
------------------
- LASHeader::GetProj4 and LASHeader::SetProj4 in the C++ API and  
LASHeader_GetProj4 and LASHeader_SetProj4 in the C API have been  
removed since the libLAS 1.0 release.  You code may have to be updated  
to reflect this change.

1.0.0 final should be released next week some time.
