[Liblas-devel] Error reading two Terrascan .BIN file

Hi Howard,
 It is so silly of me. Reading the time value from file1 twice whereas not
reading any from file2 due to usage of wrong variable. Hence file1 was
getting a 28 bytes record whereas file2 was getting a 20byte record for scan
point.
