[Liblas-devel] liblas 1.6.1, laszip 1.0 dependency

good point. is there no stable liblas release with laszip 2.0 support,
howard? in this case we should have a tarball of the previous versions on
the site? but i do not recommend using laszip 1.x since you loose the random
access / spatial indexability of your LAZ files.
