I'm afraid that my ISO build was:
1. Quite slow (took most of a day)
2. Ran out of disk space in my virtual machine (our 13Gig).

I'm going to try again while I sleep, but I think I'm constrained by the 
size of machine I'm using.

Alex, I suggest you start your build when you are ready, and don't wait 
for my build before you start.
