[Live-demo] Rebuild of Final Release?

I'm glad to see at least 8 people jumped on the torrent of 2.0 Final,
word of caution. It will probably be replaced in the next couple of
days, so please test and report bugs, asap.

So based on testing today it was discovered that:
1. 3 desktop icons links had errors - now fixed
2. udig for mac was not downloaded for the ISO - now fixed
3. The docs were not copied to the root of the ISO - now fixed

A Couple of points were raised after the final build started:
1. Disabling the auto update notifier
2. Finishing a comprehensive menu with all the apps.
3. Postgis 1.3 +- 1.4 seems to still be debated.


All but the last item are easily fixed without a full rebuild and would
only take maybe 1 hour to post a new version. A full rebuild would take
6-8 hours to post.

What's the deadline to get the discs to press?
Based on this information how should we proceed?
