[Live-demo] Removed .svn/ directories

Alex,
I've removed the .svn directories in /home/user/gisvm
In the bootstrap.sh script, we now do a "svn export" instead of "svn 
checkout"
(The old method is commented out)

Alex, I've tested this command locally, but not inside the script. I 
expect everything should work for you, but it will be worth checking 
when you run the bootstrap.sh script.
