[Live-demo] Update our USB quickstart

Could someone please test building a USB, then update the Quickstart here:
http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Live_GIS_Disc_Quick_Start#Install_to_a_Live_USB_Stick

At the moment, our QuickStart is not "quick" anymore, and is likely to 
scare people away.
It needs to be cut down to 5 steps or so.

So updating the Quickstart would involve removing the steps for prior 
versions of OSGeoLive/Xubuntu.

I think we will acutally need to setup 1 QuickStart page for each of:
DVD
USB
Virtual Machine
