[Live-demo] Updated Kosmo scripts, definition and description files

Hi to all.

I've just finished the refresh of the install_kosmo.sh file in order to 
install the Kosmo 2.0 RC1 version instead of the old 1.2.1 in the 
Live-Dvd 3.0. The Kosmo Desktop definition and description files has 
been updated too. The new install_kosmo.sh file has been tested in a 
Xubuntu 9.10 live-cd, so it should work fine ;-) .

I've also removed the install_kosmo2_beta.sh because it has become useless.

Google spreadsheet has been updated to inform about the changes.
