 Sorry, the PDF files seem to have been trashed at some stage. I've
 uploaded the original copies from the OSGeo Journal etc. again to SVN on
 R-Forge.R-project.org, project rspatial, module spgrass6.
 https://r-forge.r-project.org/src/contrib/spgrass6_0.7-4.tar.gz will
 contain the correct versions from early on August 23 (CEST). I will not be
 releasing this version to CRAN until I get some confirmation that major
 changes made there (and committed to SVN) do not wreck anyone's scripts.
 If the correct PDFs are needed for the LiveDVD now, please pull them from
 the SVN repository on R-Forge, and check that they are OK.
