[Live-demo] Issues with French translations - encodings & folder structure

Hello French Translation Team,

I had a look at the sphinx documentation build error logs
(http://adhoc.osgeo.osuosl.org/livedvd/logs/nightly_build.err) and
found some issues:

1. Please use utf-8 encodings for your files - on Windows use
Notepad++ to set encoding to utf-8, with vi on Linux please use
  :set encodung=utf-8

2. documents were in the wrong folder (I've found overview documents
in quickstart folder ;))


At the moment I fixed this issues but the encoding problem increases
the error logfile and the other errors/warnings can't be found
anymore.
Note: The *_overview.rst documents were moved into overview directory.
Hopefully you don't have any trouble with ongoing translations..
