Hi Barry,

I get this error from the build host:

wget http://cran.cnr.berkeley.edu/bin/linux/ubuntu/natty/Packages
asking libproxy about url 
'http://cran.cnr.berkeley.edu/bin/linux/ubuntu/natty/Packages'
libproxy suggest to use 'direct://'

Seems to be an IPv6 error, but I can get the file in Firefox on the same 
machine... weird...
Perhaps it has to do with wget and IPv6
