[Live-demo] pycsw in OSGeo Live.

Thanks for the suggestions Hamish,

For the record we are now at version 1.0 stable, and working towards 1.2 
with many new features.

I hope that we can include pycsw to the 5.5 release, after Tom and I 
update the documentation.
