 Hi,

 The Cartaro and Geomajas should be in submenus like many of the web server
 tools are. Not touching this for the current release, too late.

 I must ask: why are things in the "browser apps" menu starting and
 stopping servers? Isn't it sort of by definition a server if it does
 that...?
