[Live-demo] Unable to build documentation

Hi Guy,
I'm not sure if you have an answer to this query. I don't have my linux 
setup handy, to check what you are doing.

I assume you have come across this page:
http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Live_GIS_Add_Project#Publishing_Documentation

What might help as a work around would be to download one of the recent 
OSGeo-Live releases, and build docs from there.
