[Live-demo] Linking metrics page into OSGeoLive docs

Thanks Stefan,
We do have a number of known deficiencies with Ohloh metrics for many 
projects.
Especially for projects which have switched repositories, or switched 
from subversion to git, etc.

It would be great if someone could work out how to fix this, and add an 
"Ohloh" howto section in our wiki so others can fix their metrics:
