[Lizmap-de] pgtune installation impossible

Hi,

In your URL, you can switch to the 3.6 version, you were on 3.5 :
https://docs.lizmap.com/3.6/en/install/linux.html

I can see some updated version numbers.
But indeed, pgtune is an online tool.

Thanks for feedback. I know there are still some things which can be
upgraded I guess.
