[Lizmap-de] Open an URL which point to a certain point with desired zoom level?

I have a Lizmap map for a community. Now I would like to propagate url's
which point to certain (different) buildings with a zoom level which show
only that building and the near surroundings. Has anybody the idea if this
is possible with Lizmap?
