[Lizmap] charset definition overridden

Hi all,
I have (unfortunately) a series of documents coded in
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=windows-1252">
When loaded from media/, the charset is overridden, and the docs are all
displayed as UTF-8:
http://95.216.241.41/index.php/view/media/getMedia?repository=castelplanio&project=prg&path=media%2Fnta%2FArt_40.htm
The same document, in the top apache dir, is displayed correctly:
http://95.216.241.41/Art_40.htm
I tried to add an .htaccess in the media dir:
AddCharset windows-1252 .htm
and the same in sites-enabled, without result.
Is Lizmap overriding the charset definition for files in the media dir?
Is there a clean way to solve this?
