[Lizmap] R: map configuration and publication

Hello,
are you using Lizmap Web Client and QGIS on a Linux server?

First you have to accesso Lizmap Web Client as admin, and there configure your enfironment.

I’m not using ftp, I’m connecting to the linux server (as root) where both (Lizmap and Qgis are installed), using SCP, there i browse to /var/www./map/lizmap/install
In this directory, i create a new folder with the name oft he project, and inside this i copy the files:
*.qgs
*. qgs.cfg
I put the shapes in a folder named «shapes», the database i use in a folder “databases”

In few words, i replicate the same folder structur as i use in my windows PC where the QGis desktop is installed.

The qgis project files (in proprietis), all the layer have tob e related to relative path !

yes i have gone through the documentation up-to 'publish the map by FTP' this is the point I am not getting, where do i paste in the server directory?

I am a newbie in lizmap and qgis server but I have managed  to do QGIS server and LIZMAp web client installation perfectly to my knowledge. Can I get a detailed step by step on how to publish the map after you have prepared your map on QGIS desktop using the lizmap plugin? I am stuck!

i will really appreciate your assistance.
