[Lizmap] R: map configuration and publication

I'm suggesting you to use "next" links which are more up to date (instead

This chapter has been renamed "Quick start" :

The FTP is not required. You can use whatever protocol to transfer the QGS
file (and layers if needed) on the server.
In the Lizmap admin panel, you can set a folder where to look for QGS
files. I agree, this would need some updates in the documentation.
