[Lizmap] Edition: related tables not shown in form

Hi all,
I configured a sample project with a father table and three children:
https://lizmap.faunalia.eu/index.php/view/map/?repository=faunalia&project=test_relations
The children are shown correctly in the popup, but disappear from the
edition tool.
When generating the popup, I get an error[0]. The relation is done via
an alphanumeric field, with complex content like O-F064-I1630, instead
of the usual ID. Could this be an explanation?
