[Lizmap] WFS publish includes edit?

Hi Paolo,

Lizmap does not use WFS for edition.

So the flags insert/update/delete can be available for layers not 
editable in lizmap and the opposite.
The WFS edition configuration is onlya managed by QGIS Server.
