[Lizmap] Refactoring on the master branch of Lizmap Web Client

Thanmks Etienne.
I'd suggest to release officially an alpha/beta/rc1 candidate, to be
installed as usual, to facilitate testing. It's just a semantic issue,
but IMHO it will encourage testing.
