[Lizmap] Refactoring on the master branch of Lizmap Web Client

Yes we will think about it but we have just released 3.4 a few weeks ago so
3.5 is not here yet ;-)

When we will have the first few features implemented, we will for sure.
We are going to write our new release process this week.
