[Lizmap] non-disponible error

Hi there,
I have just newly installed my LWC riding on QGIS server 3.20, i have done
all the configurations right but i just dont get why i am getting the "non
disponible" error message. Loading page of my project is stuck on loading,
see the link below

Running on debian ubuntu version 20.0. what might be the issue?
