I un installed as well the non server plugin but then I can‘t anymore the call the lizmap plugin in QGIS,

Yes, it's not included in qgis-plugin-manager, because for now, a simple "rm" command is enough ;-) Feel free to add it in qgis-plugin-manager ;-)

 

Do not forget to update qgis-plugin-manager, the space in the plugin name has been improved with a tip. But yes, plugins were designed for desktop where it's not a problem to use a space. It's indeed not so common on a CLI tool to have a space in the name.

Yes, I had both installed. At first I was a bit confused about the space in the name "Lizmap server".
 
The tool "qgis-pluin-manager" is very helpful. It is still missing an option to delete individual plugins. 
I have now simply deleted the corresponding directory and restarted QGIS server. After that the corresponding error messages are gone
