[Lizmap] Failed Lizmap migration from 3.5.3 to 3.6.5

Good Morning,

I have tried upgrading a Lizmap Installation from 3.5.3 to 3.6.5 by 
following the instructions for upgrading with the migration script on 
https://docs.lizmap.com/current/en/install/upgrade.html. That went well 
to some degree, but I also had to /lizmap/install/set_rights.sh www-data 
www-data,/ otherwise the site would not open.

After that the landing page opened with an error message that the map 
cannot be displayed. The Lizmap server plugin is also installed and 
shows  most of the QGIS Server details correctly, but with a message 
that the /QGIS Server is not correctly installed in your server or the 
URL for OGC requests given in Lizmap configuration is not correct./ A 
similar message I also get in the Error log (/Your QGIS server couldn't 
be reached correctly with the given URL 
"http://127.0.0.1/cgi-bin/qgis_mapserv.fcgi"./) with /The lizmap_server 
plugin needs to be updated/. That version shows 3.7.4, which I think is 
not correct as the correct version should be 2.8.1?

Server is Ubuntu 20.04 with QGIS LTR still on 3.22.16

What went wrong here?
