[Lizmap] Failed Lizmap migration from 3.5.3 to 3.6.5

Please check 
https://docs.lizmap.com/current/en/install/pre_requirements.html#qgis-server-side

Version 3.7.4 means it an old version of the desktop plugin, not server.
