[Local-chapters] Reminder: OSGeo Journal seeks contributions for 2011

Hello all!

just a short note, Landon is accepting contributions for the OSGeo
Journal 2011 until this Sunday at latest.
It is especially important that Local chapters appear there, especially
the newly formed ones.

The outline of the report should be:

1) Key Accomplishments
2) Events
3) Member Activities
4) Opportunities to Help
5) Outlook for 2012

Please send a text/ODT file to Landon Blake (in cc) with your report.
