[Local-chapters] OS conference platform

Hello everybody.

As FOSS4G Buenos Aires https://2021.foss4g.org is coming up I like to
pick up on the conversation about a common conference system which
started out in 2020, trailing here:
https://lists.osgeo.org/pipermail/local-chapters/2020-February/date.html

>From what I can read on the mailing lists there is a positive tendency
towards using Pretalx https://pretalx.com for the conference planning,
Pretix https://pretix.eu for ticketing and EventFahrplan
https://eventfahrplan.eu as the mobile app. Please correct me if I got
anything wrong.

If so, I would be happy to provide the app for Buenos Aires and any
future events. Please be welcome to contact me here or directly as
soon as possible so I have enough time to do the work needed.
