unique username, xml, metadata

Hallo Entwickler,

für die nächsten Versionen würde ich gerne noch ein paar Punkte abstimmen.
1. der unique Key auf dem Benutzernamen scheint sinnvoll zu sein und die 
Datenbank sollte dies dementsprechend berücksichtigen.

2. In Zukunft wird es wohl immer mehr xml-Geraffel geben. Daher sollten wir uns 
überlegen, ob wir nicht eine komfortablere Bibliothek im Mapbender zunutze 
machen. In den frühen 4er Versionen von PHP war die DOM eine mittlere 
Katastrophe und der Mapbender sollte mit möglichst wenig Bibliotheken auskommen. 
  Dies gilt es zu nun zu überdenken. Daher sollten wir entscheiden, ob und 
welche Bibliothek wir einsetzen sollten.

3. Die Metadaten aus dem Capabilities sollen im Mapbender mehr zu Strukturierung 
verwendet werden. Dafür müssen mehr Angaben in der Datenbank hinterlegt werden (s.u)

for the next versions there are some points to decide.
1. the unique key on 'username' seems to make sense and the database should make 
allowance for this accordingly.
2. In future there will be more and more xml parsing (sorry I don't know the 
translation for 'Geraffel'). So it may be wise to use a xml-library which is 
more comfortable. In the early 4er versoins of php the dom was a little bit 
silly and mapbender should use a minimum of libraries. We should reconsider this.
3. The metadata from the capabilities document is relevant to structure the 
sevices. So we need some more tables and columns to store this information. You 
will find a list below.
