The Incubator meeting minutes are available at:

Noteworthy decisions:
  o We will pursue something like the code provenance review I proposed,
    which includes manual review of the headers of all source files.

  o We will expect automatic build and smoke testing for OSGeo projects.

  o We will review our infrastructure needs, and migration strategies should
    we decide not to renew our Collabnet contract.  (review via a wiki page)
