[Mapbender-dev] loadwmc needs addWMS!?

Hi Michael,
There is a new module addWMSgeneralfunctions.js that contains the basic
functions necessary to add a wms. Only this module is needed for WMCs,
so adding arbitrary WMS to a gui is not possible.
If you have any thoughts concerning this topic, please share them.
