[Mapbender-dev] Mapbender version 2.2.3, 2.2.4, 2.3, 2.4

Hi,
I think 2.3 is the right version because:
- mapbender supports now prepared statements (this concernes the most modules)
- if you use prepared statements, you have to upgrade your system:
	PHP > 5.1.x
	PostgreSQL > 7.4
	mysql > 4.1
- the owsproxy is embedded (as beta?)
- mapbender goes osgeo:
	- codecleaning is in process
	- the URL for the documentation of each module should be in the header 			of 
each script and the documentation is in process
