new modul meetingPoint

Hello List,

I developed a new modul mod_meetingPoint.php and would like to ask you 
for some feedback.

It enables you to generate a meeting point (see tab 4) and send it by 
mail to someone or export it in a prompt window.

This modul works together with highlightPOI which opens the gui and 
displays the highlighttext and symbol.
