KML handling with Meetingpoint / Treffpunkt

hi christoph,

another question for the next version.

You implemeted the meetingPoint Modul with KML.

Let's discuss wether it should be part of the new release. Is it tested 
already?

My comments:
* I would rename the table from mb_meetingpoint  to mb_user_kml or 
mb_kml or mb_user_wmc_kml?
* the fields to fill out are in german. To change this you have to edit 
in the php.

If we add it to the new versin, we should link and document it in the 
version history and we have to add the SQL for the table to the 
dbChanges-Link.
