what about the new version Mapbender 2.4.1

Hi dev,

  the new version is planned for the middle of november. That's now. 
Mapbender has some nice features and nothing can stop us to bring out 
the new release. But as it seems we will have a little delay.

Some work has to be done.

* all new moduls have to be documented in the wiki 
http://www.mapbender.org/index.php/Version_History

* the sqls for the database changes have to be prepared (I [Astrid] will 
do this)

* if you notice any bugs tell it soon

* and please check the code from the svn a try it out
