[Mapbender-dev] Motion: Nominate Michael Schulz as PSC Mapbender

I nominate Michael Schulz as new member of the Mapbender Project Steering Committee.

He works with Mapbender for several years, knows the community and is active contributor (since November last year also with SVN commit access). We works with the company in medias res (http://www.webgis.de/) that is also listed in the OSGeo Service Provider Directory.
