[Mapbender-dev] module toggleElements

Hi devs,

short note about a tiny module for mapbender.

http://www.welthungerhilfe.de/welthungerindex-2007.html is using a 
button to toggle the visibility of certain elements. This was needed as 
some elements are being displayed on top of the mapframe.

As this module uses jQuery -- which is currently not available in the 
mainframe -- the code is currently only useable within this project. It 
should be easy to add it to the mapbender-modules as soon as there is 
jquery available within MB-mainframe.
