[Mapbender-dev] gazetteer result list extension

Hi All,

I've made a header for gazetteer result list. You can see it here:

user: mapbenderlist, pass: =]-[0p

In Gazetteer, layer is "szerkesztheto", enter 88 for "telep" and push
the button in the bottom. The result is presented in table form, rows
with all the attributes previously set for divs. Header has no styles
yet.
