[Mapbender-dev] New module mapdiv (Mapbender without iframes)

The work on the mapDiv had been continued on Jan 2nd 2009. The changes 
have been merged into trunk and will be part of Mapbender 2.6. By 
default, the map frame will now be a div and no longer an iframe, 
however the old iframe element will still be functional.

I had to make some minor changes today to the map object. Apparently we 
must not store the actual DOM element. When exporting the map object to 
JSON (we need this for save WMC), this ends up in an infinite recursion. 
Take a look at the changeset to see what I had to tweak to make it work

We will fix possible bugs regarding these changes in the following weeks 
as they arise.
