[Mapbender-dev] mapbender-trac: new tickets created for the ToDos we defined at the developer sprint

Hello again,

we defined some todos at the Mapbender developer sprint ( 
http://www.mapbender.org/Mapbender_Development_Sprint_2009_01_09#Tickets)

I moved the ToDos to the Trac and created tickets. I already assigned 
them to the person(s) which is working on the topic.

I added the tickets to milestone 3.0, but feel free to change this.
