Hello again,

 just a little correction

the mapFiler is available at the link

http://trac.osgeo.org/mapbender/browser/trunk/mapbender/tools/mapFiler.php 
(the folder tools moved out of http-directory for security reasons)

If you want to read more about "Why shall I use _4.map files?" have a
